Graphical Representation of Summary Call Management Information

Telephone call monitoring is one of the best ways to increasing productivity and lower telephone operating costs. Callmanager Telco powered by Sentel is a hosted managed service that collects, analyzes, and delivers graphical representations of key call trends on calling activities.

 

Callmanager Telco produces a series of summarized management reports tailored to your business needs delivered in a graphical report that enables the user to quickly analyze vital call stats at a glance. The reports are easy to read and powerfully presented in colour bar charts, pie charts and tabulated data.

The reports include: Summary Report, Total Number of Incoming/Outgoing Calls / Most Frequently Dialled Numbers displaying codes and number, Average Talk Time, Trunk Usage, Talk Time Intervals, Unanswered Calls per Day of Week and Per Hour Periods and Ring Response. All reports can be emailed, printed or saved to hard disk.

Once our site based equipment collects and sends the data to us (PABX, or VoIP), our processors converts the call data daily and delivers the information in a graphical and tabular format ready for end user analysis. During the import process, specific parameters such as distance, time bands and international destinations are identified and stored to enable accurate report generation.
